So, all of our safaris aim to provide opportunities for communities to benefit.

MEET THE TEAM

Dylan Dobbins

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Hi I am Dylan

Co-owner & Managing Director and your trusty safari guide.

South African born and raised, my heart has always been in love with the Country, from its diverse landscapes to its people.

From an early age, I have had a love, passion, and respect for wildlife and knew that it would be my goal to work in this field, contributing to the conservation of the species and habitat.

With this in mind, I went to study BSc Zoology and Botany and obtained my degree; whereafter, I completed my Honours in Environmental Sciences working on removing heavy metals from mine tailing through plants. I did enjoy it, but I knew it was time to concentrate more on my passion. So, I packed up and moved to Pretoria to do my MSc in Zoology, working with The Rhino Orphanage and studying the effect of stress on rhino orphans and how they react to the rehabilitation process.

This is where I met my soulmate, Sophie. Together we have been striving to find our little bush paradise.  This was when we came up with the idea to give people an ethical safari experience that gives back to legitimate conservation organisations that go out of their way to protect species and the people in these surrounding areas. Conservation through safari.

Now that you know us a bit better, allow us to meet and take you on a dream safari. Become part of The Wild Life family. Get in touch today.
